Sreesanth has now given a blow to the High Court, will continue
Kochi: S Sreesanth, who is a team bowler who is facing charges of fixing, is not going to be less difficult. From where he was expecting relief for himself, he got a big jolt from there. On the petition of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (IPL), the Kerala High Court has kept the life ban imposed on Sreesanth. Let me tell you that earlier a member of the Kerala High Court gave relief to Sreesanth.
In the same matter on 7 August 2017, the court had said in its judgment that the Board of Control for Cricket in India has completely failed to justify the ban imposed on Sreesanth. During the hearing, the court had also reprimanded the board. The court had said that the Board did not pay any attention to all the evidence while taking action. He just banned a part of them and formed a banner on them.
This is the reason that the board committee could not reach all the evidence. After this Sreesanth had felt that the ban would now be removed from them. But happened upside down. BCCI challenges this decision of a one-man bench The Board has said in its appeal that the decision to ban S Sreesanth was made on the basis of concrete evidence found against him.
While criticizing the board, Sreesanth has said before that the ban against him has been imposed under a conspiracy. He is completely innocent in this case. He wants the board to remove the ban on them. Sreesanth had told the board that he was not demanding any begging but instead demanding his rights from the board. The board should immediately remove the ban on them.
However, till now no decision has been received from Sreesanth
